Room and Board:
Volunteers are provided with a comfortable place to live, with other volunteers, with religious and/or at the mission site.  Board includes a food budget.

Health Insurance:
Long-term volunteers are provided with health insurance while they are in service.  (21 yrs and older.)

Monthly Stipend:
Long-term volunteers are given a monthly stipend to help with the costs of personal items.

Mission Formation Week:
A great start and re-start for new volunteers and returning volunteers usually held in the early fall.  An opportunity to meet, pray, and play with other Missionary Cenacle Volunteers, while preparing for mission work.

Mid-year Retreat:
A 5 day retreat for all volunteers is built into the calendar year (usually February) as an opportunity to renew, reflect and relax with the entire volunteer program.

On-going support and training:
Local supervisors and Volunteer Team located in Cleveland, OH support volunteers in mission through site visits, trainings, phone calls, etc.
